flight delays – YES!

Snow, snow and more snow!
My departure from San Diego was delayed 3 days because of a snow storm in Denver. 5 hours on the phone with United Airlines was all it took to get me rescheduled to the Mile High city.

mac and cheese to the rescue

I was at a small loss as what to cook this weekend. But the food section of The New York Times ran an article on Mac and Cheese. Now I’m not talking about the junk that comes in the box. Food scientists are not to be trusted.
